the location is great and the staff was super kind when I booked and helped as much as possible in shifting by booking to the right to accommodate the changes in my working schedule. super!

The tea service was amazing. The breakfast buffet was superb. The hotel was very beautiful and authentic. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. They had a laundry service which was quick and efficient.

Good location, comfortable rooms and excellent restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Secure bike storage and helpful staff. Pool and spa are a bonus.

Very nice buildings, thoughtfully renovated and decorated. Spacious rooms. Very quiet. Restaurant, bar and spa & sauna are excellent. 5 mins from train station. I definitely recommend!
